I'm Viola Korte, a transformation consultant based in Munich. With 18 years of experience, I have led transformations where the decisions are made: at executive and divisional level, in international corporations and regulated environments. My background is in IT and quality management; today my focus is on the people who actually carry change forward: teams, leaders, and C-level decision-makers. Certified as Manager for Applied AI Transformation (TÜV), Change Manager (IHK), SAFe® 5 Agilist, Certified Agile Leadership (Scrum Alliance), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), and Certified Senior Project Manager GPM/IPMA Level C.
